You'll own products end to end: sit with the people who use them, decide what to build, ship it, and watch it work in the real world. There is no product manager between you and the customer.
What you'll do
- Spend time on shop floors, watching how the work actually gets done.
- Build the whole product, from the first sketch to what runs in a customer's shop.
- Turn messy, real-world requirements into software that just works.
- Ship changes often, and measure whether they matter.
